2 Sunsets at Godolphin House

At Godolphin and Mousehole Zoe worked the space beautifully. At Mousehole during her last solo, all of us in Shallal fell into that quiet awe and respect, (Lucy describes,) watching her kick sand and finish reaching into it, and as Star said she sets a "bench mark." At Godolphin she came out in front of the house and worked down the ramp, and into the audience.
I am so glad we were able to use this solo which she brought into rehearsal some time ago, and is a favourite piece of music.
The Woman in White ( a ghost who touches your shoulders and whispers,"Hallo, hallo? ) was a main inspiration for many of the performers - Star and Eddie's poetry, and the house itself was like another performer, such an incredible setting, inspiring both of Deb's poems.
These photos are from Stephanie.

More comments and feedback have come in, unasked for, via email;

"Really loved yesterday's performance at Godolphin - beautiful! Thank you!"
"Really enjoyed yesterday. Some lovely stuff. I really liked the clothe around the pillars. A striking image."

"We unfortunately arrived late - so will come to the Acorn in October to catch up what we missed but we were there long enough to be deeply moved by the performance. You communicate such raw, yet tender, humanity - it is prophetic I think - full of hope. Thank you all."
